I know of no way to make a slave contract legally binding. Even a long-term employment contract can be broken - there may be a price for breaking it but, the courts will not enforce such a contract - meaning a court will not require someone to continue to work in a situation that they choose to leave. But, in my opinion, slave contracts are most likely to be struck down, without any price for doing, so because they would be considered to be against public policy.

My slave offered himself entirely to me, and I accepted. No contract needed. But he felt the need for a contract and was inventive: he made up a general contract, but also seperately several other paperwork: one paper begging me to whip him, another to pimp him, another to make use of his nude image... He let me take some picturesn and he is marked and registered. Legaly, he signed over his assets and property. And he signed blank papers for me to fill in. He also offered to sign any paper when I want it, and signed a paper stating he lent a huge amount of money from me. I don't want all of that, but for him it means he's screwed. He can't run away without loosing everything. A contract is not legal, but you can make your slave very dependant from you.

Those chocolates with sugar alcohols will do havoc with your digestive system, no thanks.

If control is what a person wants from a contract, there are better ways of keeping that. I personally use a contract that was created by an attorney (Same man who was my mentor to become a Dom. I come from a line of "OG" rules in the way I was taught), and he practices here in the US and in Spain. Rules are different here than in Spain, but a good contract here, will show it was safe, sane and consentual, which is what the courts are concerned with. His instillment of protecting myself was taught early in training and last to the end. If the contract is one sided, it will break in the courts, if it is mutual, and fair to both sides, it has a chance, as long as the Dom doesn't break the contract even once. As for a contract to keep a person, there is no contract in the US that will do that, because they require the "consentual" part of our lifestyle required, and to keep a person beyond their desire is futual <SP>.

He has tried several cases for the lifestyle, and he says it is harder to defend a lifestyle contract in the US, but it is possible.

Just my 2 cents, for what it is worth.

<whispers> I believe the spelling you were looking for is futile.

You can't circumvent US law by any contract. Slavery was outlawed. Remember the Civil War. It is a felony now. Slave contracts are honored in good faith. It is an agreement between 2 people that want committment and everything spelled out to them. In no state will the police or the courts enforce one if brought before them.

i just had a slave contract sent to me a couple of days ago and i think it's really helpful.
first i will have to prove my worth to my Owner, but i do know what She will expect of me when accepted as a personal slave.
i'm not at all experienced in the lifestyle and this way i know what i'm getting myself into from the start.
Although i don't know about Romanian law, it's probably not enforcable, but it does give me direction.

congratulations hardworking.

Did you meet her here? its just that you joined in November 06, and already have success?

You know your own business better than anyone else, but I hope you are very sure about all this, and about her identity etc. Romania is pretty much still the "wild east", with raging poverty and crime. If youre a westerner, you would be very wealthy by Romanian standards.

Nuff said. Hope it all works out for you.

Thank You, i appreciate Your concern.

i know it's off topic, but i do like to react to Your message.

Of course that thought has crossed my mind too, but She proves Her sincerity even more than She asked of me.
Till now, She hasn't asked for any money from me, but she has made very clear She will want to share in my wealth.
It's because of Her sincerity in this, that i trust her to be sincere in Her other wants too.

i know i have been lucky to find Her this soon and i can't wait to see if this really works out for U/us the way i hope.
Maybe my luck comes from the true wish to make my Mistress happy with my service and not looking for online wanking time, i don't know.
Now, i just want to prove to Her that i'm really the guy that is in for a lot more than some online 'fun'.
i do believe i have it in me, to make both O/our dreams come true.

LOL.. You are kidding right?  That person writes legal enforcable contracts?  She must have one HECK of an assistant.  The spelling alone would get it kicked out before it hit the judges bench.

Mistress Dread, You seem both wise and logical in Your words. also the fact that You feel no need to "prove" yourself convinces me that You are most likely very much right about what You say.

For truly enforceable, i think you would have to move overseas to one of those smaller countries and test their legal system i suppose.  Though as mentioned above there are certainly legal ways to make you de facto so very  dependant, i.e. the financial clauses, releases on embarassing photos and things of that nature, which might serve a similar purpose.
