I admit, shifty I wish I could be more supportive of your diet, but with my food allergies, I just don't have that problem.. but I am an amazing cheerleader and no matter what, I think you are truly stunning..

Status: offline 		I admit that's very nice of you, but I think I'm really standing in my own way a great amount of the time. I mean and I just hate my thyroid. Most recently I went extremely low carb (less than 20 net a day) and ended up becoming a hungry horrible monster. Plus it really meant I couldn't really partake in one of my biggest passions, baking. So I wound up getting sick, boyfriend had to basically be like "eat this potato roll you dumbass because your totally tanking your thyroid and adrenal levels and your being really nasty"...so After that I took two days off because I had to sorta regroup. And now I'm trying to find a level of low carb that won't make me feel like death warmed over, but allow me to lose weight. But also...is giving up baking really worth it? And while their are alternative flours, with the thyroid almond and soy and flax are allllllll goitergens. plus with a thyroid problem basically I should be excercising double the amount a "regular" person does and with 12 hour work days that just really is impossible right now. But I am soldiering forth, and trying to listen to my body.

That was longer than intended, but I needed to vent.

Status: offline 		I admit I am beyond done with winter. We drove out to the Midwest to visit the stepson and new wife and haven't had a day above 5F yet, and several below zero for the high. And they've just said up to a foot more snow due tonight.

I admit I wish I had stayed home, in front of the woodstove with blankets heaped on top of me.

I admit I skyped with my collared a good part of the day and we laughed a lot. We laughed and laughed and it was nice. I admit it's a nice day out and I'm headed to the gym. I admit it's leg day, looking forward to one legged squats.

I admit I don't know why Sin has felt that she should leave the boards, however, you can't have a BDSM/kink/fetish site without it being full of Sin, so stay she must

I admit that I took great pleasure in buying a pair of strides that I know someone would have loved.

I admit the boy, and I saw Jupiter Ascending today. Later than planned, but hey. We both enjoyed it, and I shall watch it again.

Status: offline 		I admit shifty, I can actually relate to that on some level. I am allergic to wheat, so no good stuff for me.. but damn I miss bread, cake, cookies... I also am allergic to soy, so I really have to check ingredient labels, though it has been getting better with companies going to other oils than soy... But damn there are some days I want pizza.. It is really hard to balance a diet so I don't lose weight, which is hard cause I love to exercise and I have finally gotten to a point that I can again...IF any one can figure a way to balance the carbs, it is you.. think outside the box and just make it all yummy good...

I admit thank you to those that said I should stay...

I admit, if you guys haven't figured it out, I just adore and love my tyrant..

I admit, you should make cauliflower pizza crust. http://blog.stuffimakemyhusband.com/2010/11/cauliflower-pizza.html a) its delicious because its mostly cheese. b) you can eat the whole thing yourself without feeling guilty because vegetables.

I also admit- I thank the heavens I do not have a gluten allergy and I don't know how you do it.

Status: offline 		I admit shifty, it's not gluten I can eat gluten all I want. I am specific to just wheat, along with the soy and lettuce, melons, cantaloupe, brazil nuts.. the soy and wheat are the killers though, I even have to check body washes and lotions for any soy byproduct. I will say I gotta try that, I have tried all the other wheat free breads and they are just lacking not just in the flavor but the texture/consistency is just wrong.. I eat very very fresh and healthy, with now that potato chips have mostly switched to non soy oils in them, those are my major treats.. well those and hasbro gummy bears and hot chocolate with coffee creamer in it and vanilla ice cream with chocolate and caramel syrups.. I don't get birthday cakes anymore, though what I do get are cheesecake and I don't eat the crust lol...
