I think this sort of thing happens in spurts...

If I know about it, then I might have an opinion, mostly I don't know about it.

If we assume that CM arguments follow a Poisson frequency distribution over time, Mr Mathematical (which we do in fact assume, because they blatantly do), then there will be short periods with a high incidence of arguments every now and then. This is the nature of randomness.

Of course by that logic, if CM lasts long enough the argument patterns will spell out the entire works of Shakespeare in morse code!

I've noticed it too.

And in fact I've had some irritability myself towards the boards lately.

I know there is always a certain amount of idiocy but we seem to have hit a lot of it all at once. Lots of trolls, lots of world saving, lots of clueless people telling others how to run their relationships.

Again, we get most of this most of the time, but there seems to be a lot more of it all at once all of a sudden.

I for one am a little tired of people with little overall experience or experience limited to one area trying to tell everyone else how to do things.

It would not surprise me if others felt the same way.

I think it's left quite a few of us a bit short of patience.

Just us boys and girls quarreling over marbles. Nothing very important I don't think. Sometimes we misread intent or when the intent is there we take it too seriously. imo. Another possiblity is that the "long timers" know each others' philosophies so well they use the short hand of verbal barb to respond. What do you think, DS?
