I think that it is the heat.  It is keeping people cooped up indoors which is making them cranky.

Status: offline 		I must have missed the drama. I tend not to notice when people disagree, even if it is with me. I make a point and move on, occasionally clarifying a point, but I don't take things personally when someone disagrees. I figure that is part of life. You just move on. The problem in a forum like this is that you expect people to have your back or always be in the same court because they become like your own friends and family. You want to see everyone get along. lol it might be because I have seen bad friends and family yet still be forced to get along that I assume others will not notice the small squabbles and just move on.

Status: offline 		I think its the atmospheric pressure - its affecting everyones circulatory system, taking blood away from the tolerance section of the brain and diverting it to the irritability part of the brain.     It'll change when it rains.

It's the heat, people get all irritable and pick fights. One of my shifts last weekend was like that, all the crazies were out to cause trouble.

Dumb-ass - "What would you do if I stole this item?"

Me - "Call the cops to arrest your worthless ass and make sure you never come back in this store again."

Or the belligerant drunk woman who started screaming when asked to show her ID.

Status: offline 		I am not sure it was any different before. I remember when I got here there were words. Personally I like it when folks "let it fly" as another poster once advised this greener forumhopper. The things people get their junk in a knot about is often unexpected by me. Who knows what sets folks off. What sets me off is at times not what sets off some other folks, often larger numbers of them.
