I don't have one but I do have a lifelong interest in the subject.

All kidding aside, doing this for cosmetic reasons seems very sad to me.

As a man I cannot imagine any woman I was intimate with not thinking that
I found hers to be wonderful.  Otherwise why would I like to visit so often
and lavish affection on it?  I see the vagina as the essential physical manifestation
of the female with whom I am involved.  What's not to love?

Having said that, he is so correct. How many cosmetic surgeries do you need before you are all right?

The main reason I haven't yet is because it's mine, and it feels weird to have to change it.

I can't really see doing it for esthetic reasons at all. I mean, with all the differences in looks and such, what does the "perfect" pussy look like anyways?

A wonderful sentiment, indeed.  Unfortunately, not all men get warm and fuzzy when... *cough* faced with a woman's nether regions.  Perfect just doesn't seem to be an adjective even considered for that particular piece of womanhood.

It's sad I know, but from my own personal experiences, I believe a good majority of men are loathed to get within visual range of a woman's bottom side, and consider it nothing more than place to masturbate.  

Add that to the unrealistic ideals of womanly beauty set by the more commercial industries out there, and it is no wonder that ordinary women will go to unbelievable lengths to try to attract and keep their men interested... and maybe occasionally get a little attention in that area.

I am far from perfect and like most women, have enough self-hatred and feelings of inadequacy to be self conscious about my bod but I think if I had surgery it wouldnt help. I notice how people look like they have had surgery. Even Strangers and I'll be like, "Oh they had surgery".
