You are being asked to pay because you are seeking an act, first and foremost, not a relationship with a person. You are looking for feet and shoes to walk on you, and they happen to be attached to a woman, which appears secondary.
If you just want your fantasy fulfilled and nothing else, a pro is your best option. You really don't appear to have much to offer a woman in return, relationship-wise.

Yes he is looking for a woman who compliments his sexuality, this doesnt necceserally mean he is just looking for that and even if he is there are literally millions on people who have sexual fun whithout feeling as though they have to be financially compensated for it like a prostitute. You also say he has little to offer! how do you know this? Do you know him personally? seems a rather short sighted and cutting remark to me.
At the end of the day he could just be looking for a woman who would appreciate trampling on him, the way you say thats all hes looking for and that women who do would do this SHOULD charge for it suggests to me that there are you are saying no women at all who would enjoy such a thing hence would seek financial compensation for it as thats all there is in it for them.
Hes not trying to offend you be forcing his sexuality upon people as this is a fetish site all he is doing is looking as we all do (even you). If he has other things to offer, or is looking for a relationship, he sure doesn't state it. And his profile says so little, how is a woman to know? That's the point. You guys love to complain that no woman will dominate you unless you pay, yet write a profile like that and a post like that, taking no effort at all to talk about anything other than what YOU want done to you.
Sure, if there is a femdom out there with the attitude, "All I really want is a guy I can put high heels on and walk on!" they will be a match made in heaven!!
