Since you are traveling together chasity seems less of the concern than removing his ability to get an erection and removing sensation.

This sounds like a problem that a roll of well applied duct tape and a diaper can solve.

alittle bent...since its you silly that is in the belt...and youve already talked to TSA...you know what is required....so....why don't you run on down to raleigh and go through the screening the next time you're down there for business...hell and ask to talk to the "Man" about whether you can get thorough security.....after all...I have NO problem with you being subjected to a full body cavity search.....(he's been trying to get out of this wearing it to the airport for months now).

As for how long has he been in his belt.....it's about 26 days now.......the longest since he's been with Me....about 3.5 months...

First of all, You would not hold up a line of weary travellers. security pulls unusual people like Me, out of the way to let others pass through while the secrity check is conducted. I for One am always scanned in security----I wear alot of jewelry in a variety of places and have no attention of removing it----I get to the airport two hours ahead of time and always let the TSA know I will set off the sensors.

A chastity belt is NOT on the list of banned items especially when it is locked. My suggestion is to arrive at the check point 2 hours ahead--let the TSA know he will set off the sensors, have them take him aside ( watch the giggling there Lady...), he can tell them what he is wearing---( oohhh devlish delight in humiliation)--and let them do a check---two hours also allows for a strip search if needed and I would be laughing hysterically outside the room----he can tell them it is a requirement of his commitment to You---I can assure you, this is pretty tame, but be prepared they will wanna see----and knowing your submissive, I am sure he will deal with it with the greatest of aplomb. To steal a greeting here....Ok Guys and Dolls...if you end up taking the plunge, and risking the consequences... I expect a phone call after you've wiped off all the KY they'll use(if you are LUCKY) after the body cavity search. Just look at is this way...you dont have as many cavaties as the girlies have....muahahaha! Hey, as an alternative, you can use those things off of plastic soda bottles, the ring that the lid attaches to...and maybe tape several on...and then, well, if there's any arousal there's pain. When I fly I pack my toys in my checked bag. People have been known to miss flights over stuff like that. Nothing was funnier though than the little granny lady in front of me in security that time...who packed a couple of apples and a KNIFE to peel them when she was on the plane! Think about what a paranoid vanilla security person is going to see: A guy trying to get some sort of highly concealed metal contraption onto a plane. They are not going to be happy campers. I really don't know if he'd be getting on a plane that day.

It just seems a bit selfish to put indulging your kink ahead of the inconvenience you're going to cause to security staff (and potentially other travelers).

LOL.....smoking on the plane....damn...that may be a bigger problem....

I've come up with an interesting soultion...though the boy doesn't know it yet....I used to drive a rig...yeah...I know....who would believe it...they have load seals...a serial number printed on the tag.....so its not the same...but it'll work....
I've found since he's willing to suffer the body cavity search....its not as tempting as it once was...LOL.....atleast not when the nilla get to do it....
