I have just moved back home to take a new job. I am into the lifestyle and would like to find a local munch or group to attend and learn more about the lifestyle and make friends..

I am particularly looking around the abilene texas area.. I do know that Dallas has them but I am wondering if there is anything closer.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Maybe the Dallas Munch people can direct you to one that is closer to your area. Why not do a Web search on Google or other search engines? Maybe someone here can point you in the right direction.

I was looking a couple of weeks ago for groups in the Louisville area.
I found a yahoo group, and applied to join, and was turned down!

I have not found much to do around here that would bring me in contact with others in the lifestyle, as friends only.
I noticed another slave was moving to the area, and sent her a note welcoming her, and let her know that if she'd like to get together for dinner, drinks, or shopping, (as friends, nothing more), that I'd love to hang out with her.
She never replied.

It's not too difficult finding people interested in dating. I'm finding it very difficult to find others in my area who'd just like to hang out and have fun.

to the OP. there is a very small group of people in abilene and the group is called abiline kinksters, i can find you a link if you haven't found them already, the person that has been running the group, not sure if he started it or not, comes back to san antonio once every few weeks...email me in private if you want...

to the person who got turned down by their local groups yahoo group...many groups will not allow you to join their yahoo group until you have attended at least one munch if not more things...(SASM for instance is a munch, an orientation and a play party)
