i am an huge advocate of the respectful use of free speech, however, it truly is up to us how we react and people that speak to incite hate, do so in hopes of the reaction they get. A person cannot love with their "whole" heart if they hate, regardless and no exception. We are responsible for what we say and how we process what we hear, not the government, not a message forum, and certainly not a deity~
