Consider that a lot of what goes into arousal is mental. Have you ever had a wet dream? Were you actively stimulating yourself to orgasm? No. While it may not happen for everyone, there are many types of activities that can bring someone to orgasm without direct genital stimulation.

Hi there

We agree that it is certainly possible, but tends to be infrequent; in fact, we have witnessed it ourselves, but only on one occasion during our six years providing BDSM services in our dungeon.

i have never cum from pain i guess its cause i do not like pain. A spanking can get me aroused but not aroused enough to cum. For me a play spanking is forplay because the spanking alone will not make me cum.

I've heard miraculous stories about orgasm that didn't involve traditional stimulation. The only one I haven't seen first hand is chocolate.

You'll see it on this thread and I would confirm it from personal experience that females are more likely to orgasm without traditional stimulation. Females are also less likely to orgasm without some other forms of stimulation (pain, erogenous zones, cold/hot touches, verbal/mental, etc.)

I don't mean it as a sexist thing... It's just how the cookie crumbled.
