What age were you when things started making more sense?

Not just kink related...I'm asking...at what age did the world start to click for you?

Way too young, probably.  Of course, it is an on-going process.

The world increases in its clicketivity (made that word up..lol) all the time. 10 years from how I hope it clicks way more than it does today. It is the journey that intrigues me, not the destination

Certain things clicked very early, and I can't remember them ever being unclicked. Other things click sporadically.

Though what I think is a click, others think is a misfire and vice-versa.

I'm very obsessed with human behaviour in general. I don't think that is completely clickable. Actually, I have more things that need to click now, than I thought were possible 10 years ago, even though some things have clicked since then.

Well, my thunder here has been pretty much stolen. Just count me in with those who’ve come to realize that making sense of the world is an ongoing process – and that the journey is more important than the destination. I just wish it hadn’t taken me so long to learn that.

The world changes as I change so it's pretty much like shooting at a moving target.

However, I found myself on strike when I was 17 and that taught me that politicians and the media are a bunch of lying bastards and I've never seen or experienced anything since (I'm 52 now) to change my mind.

Its meant to make sense?

I guess it depends what you mean by the world clicking into place in one's mind - the problem being that at any point in time we believe we understand the world, only to find that we actually didnt, as more pieces fall into place. At 21 I was full of it, I can tell you, looking back from the advantage of nearly another twenty years, and in another twenty, assuming I stick around, I'll likely feel the same about me at 40.

I got a major "click" at around 27 or 28.

One thing I've noticed in the last little while though, is that I "know" far less than I thought, and that divide seems to be ever-widening.

For me, "clicking" seems to involve the recognition that I don't know jack shit.  I was around 30 when I began to sense the interminable depths of my ignorance.  Since then, its just been a matter of accepting that first glimmer of recognition and exploring its implications.

At 29 I started feeling comfortable with being me, within the last year I have been finding things starting to “click” as it was put, I’m turning 38 this year.

According to astrology it has to do planets returning to the positions they were in when a person is born; between 29 –30 Saturn comes back around and around 36 – 37, Pluto.

It clicked last year for me when I turned 40. I am so glad that I'm at this age, I am the most comfortable with myself than I have ever been. It's a great feeling.
Yay for getting older hahaha.

Yeah...getting older rocks.  For me it was my 30th birthday.  I suddenly realized that I'd accomplished more in the previous 2 years than in the 10 that preceeded it and I thought "Shit...if this happens again at 40...I'm in for a helluva a great ride!!!"

(And it did).

I hate to admit this..........but I still don't feel like anything has truely clicked. I still feel like someone is gonna make me leave the adult table. I know enough to get by. But the world, and how it is run does not make sense to me and probably never will.

Hmmmm not sure about the world, but now that i'm in my forties, " I " make much more sense to me. So perhaps the world is easier to deal with at that point.
