ORIGINAL: Wickad (fast reply) So... we've had one thread on 'what Dominant women like to wear', one thread on 'what Dominant women like their boys to wear in order to accessorize what they are wearing', another thread on 'do any Dominant women like to dress in slippers and 'jammies' ' and finally a thread on 'what submissive men like to see a Dominant woman wear'. Interesting that the entire focus has been on what the Dominant women are wearing. Guess it says something for the mindset of those involved - lol. I wonder where the thread on what submissive men like to wear is? Wickad Of course it does. The postings are exactly the same as they would be if you asked transvestites what items of women's clothing they themselves prefer wearing. Women may be more into aesthetics, but men appreciate the visual aspects of someone's appearance much differently than women. It's how they're hardwired. But does this objectify and fetishize women or Dommes? I think not, because when it gets down to it I think most men would much prefer a natural female body inside such clothes over even the most feminine, convincing transvestite. Therefore this is just for many men a surface issue. This is what they like and what turns them on, not what they necessarily expect. Most men are pleasers, they like to give pleasure, and they like to see the effects of their efforts in giving someone pleasure. By the same token they like to receive pleasure, and are usually very appreciative of those who make an effort to please them. Which is why many men would go for the lady with the less than perfect figure who makes an effort and takes the trouble over the lady with the perfect figure who doesn't. Women like to look nice and wear nice clothing, but they are not so hung up over what other people wear as men are. But then again most men don't suffer from indecision over what to wear for an evening out. I think this is a good thread and I'm finding the responses interesting. They know that clothing isn't the be all and end all, but I don't see any harm in them discussing what they like to see women wear. No harm at all.
