When I was looking on here for a Master I was VERY specific, I had all sorts of specifics listed not only on my page {age perferance, height perferance, location, limits, hobbies, type of relationship desired, etc}, but in my journal as well, and I STILL got a bunch of people who would email me and be so far in left field from what I was looking for I got frusturated and cynical, hense why I decided to date vanilla men; its easier to turn a man down who doesn't think that they have any right to 'control' you or to dominate your time and how things work. Have I deleted emails unread, countless times. Soemtimes from people I knew, others from people that I had heard of from friends or those who after looking at their profile, I had a decent idea I was gonna be bitched at or spoken down too, so, I saved myself the trouble, and deleted those emails, unread. No guilt. None. Note, BULK settings only do so much good, you can't tell much about a person by what goes into bulk. You just know what you have set your bulk settings to screen for. Plenty of friend's emails have and go into bulk, just because of how I have my settings. Do their emails get deleted unread, nope.

Why is it that Dom's are so bent out of shape when the "fresh meat", delete their emails and don't respond. The fact she had just joined the day before would dictate that she probably got hundreds of emails right off the bat, and didn't have time to vex her profile to perfection. NEW RULE....give the newbies time to breath before bombarding them.

It wasn't a matter of liking or disliking a profile or expecting a reply. Even no reply is a reply. What I was talking about was that she didn't have much detail in her profile to say "this is what I am looking for" and just deleted without reading. I know that not everyone matches what everyone is looking for and no puella I don't expect subs who don't know me to do anything. I do admit I was a bit put off by just being deleted without a thought, but there is a difference between being unread or unresponded to and just being deleted without reading. Especially when the profile is incomplete or contradictory within itself. I never said that I expected anything from the person in question either. It would have been a bit politer if she had either read and not responded or some other thing rather than just delete like it was junk mail. Frankly I think it goes both ways. I wouldn't want a sub who shows such lack of courtesy anyway. You might also note that neither in this post or the 1st one have I said anything deliberly unkind or rude about the sub in question or anyone else. Yet others judge me to be the one who needs to learn control etc. I even noted several reasons in my original post why I might have ended up deleted, showing that I understand that there are often reasons why it happens. But everyone jumps on me, and seems to feel the right to judge me for being a bit hurt. Most of my original post was a question more than venting. I probably ended up in her bulk folder and deleted because of how she set up for what she is looking for, but she wasn't clear what she was looking for. In fact part of my e-mail to her was on that very subject. If a sub is looking for someone why not be clear what you are looking for in terms of age, distance, etc. and save everyone some time? It doesn't take long to type that into your profile.

You are aware, are you not, that you can download and save all messages to an alternate email address, and read them without the person on CM ever knowing that the message was read? Personally, I find it amusing that you can not find anything else to complain about than some person you have never met in real life ignoring you. /shakes head at the stupidity of such actions

Greetings Irish Mist, may this one start by saying how much she like your name, i think it has to do with this one being a sotch-irish,( and please excuse you would think of one from such an ansetory, she would know how to spell, but at times old age robs us of our capablites to appear smart or at least well educated) Second i have to agree with you why would someone complain over someone they never meet or will probley ever meet, but i at times i guess others just need something to complain like the weather over their morning coffee or tea take care and be safe java
