I was thinking migraines also -- don't the symptoms sound close, just minus the headache part? Can't migraine pain be in other areas like neck and shoulders, not head? I have migraines related to my menstrual cycle, but they are not bad at all, and easily controlled with Imitrex. But when I was being diagnosed, they investigated a lot of the symptoms like the ones described in the OP. It sounds like a hellish migraine cycle, but with the pain not focussed on the head.

well, hormonally speaking, a lot of what she experiences is something this slave experiences sometimes for weeks on end, (controlling the nausea through medication) and with the added bonus of swollen, painful, dense breasts and swinging moods---same exact symptoms as pregnancy, without the baby. there have been several occasions, throughout this slave's life where she would have to go to the hospital and get a shot to stop the cycle of vomiting, because it went on for longer than 24 straight hours...as a teen and even during pregnancy.
they don't have anything down at the doctor's office save for surgically removing the last ovary and calling it a day, so this slave has to "manage the symptoms" and can name her perscriptions down at the doctor's office after many years and many doctor's input on her symptoms from the onslaught of an overproduction of hormones.
it was really a nightmare when it was all intact and producing enough hormones for a small army of pregnant women every month. debilitating migraines arrived by 3:30 p.m. 4 days out of 7. by the age of 19, cervical cells were starting to turn pre-cancerous, both ovaries were producing multiple cysts with a coating of endometriosis.
the 9 day bloodbath was only extended and symptoms worsened when synthetic hormones were introduced. guess the ones they flooded this slave with in utero(the equivalent of 55, 666 birth control pills) did enough damage, eh?
only trust your doctor as far as you can safely throw him/her.[;)]
