$3.39 last I looked and I have such a large tank that it takes about $70-80 to fill up....luckily home and work only about 5mins away from each other....unluckily, all grocery shopping and everything else is much further away.

Whoa, what kind of a Behemoth do you drive?  I bet that pinches the wallet.  When my '93 Toyota Tercel dies I think I am getting a Prius.  Dollars per miles cheaper!

Everyone has the gasoline blues.

Ok you guys - time to shut the thread down and stop your whining and complaining about gas prices.  If you want something to complain about - come to canada to buy your gas.

We purchase our gas by the litre - there are 3.784 litres in each US gallon.  Multiple that buy the exchange rate.

I bought gas yesterday in Red Deer, Alberta (between Edmonton and Calgary).  I paid 121.4/litre. That makes it .....
$4.23 PER GALLON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So quit your biatching already - sorry - having a cranky day.  I'll shut up now and go to my quarters!

{holds piano girl down so the American's can have their way with her}

3.359 a few hours ago.. this sucks... even daycare is going up, to help cover the cost of gas to take the kids to school. thank goodness the county pays for daycare.

The strange thing is, today I flew from Orlando to Marathon Key.  And wouldn't you know it, I got 100 low lead AvGas for $3.22 per gallon.  How the hell 100 octane aviation fuel (despite the lead content) is as cheap as 87 octane pump gas in Orlando is beyond me, but it's almost the same price every day.  Everywhere else it's over $4.00 per gallon.  *shrugs*  Oh well, my inline speed skates get great gas mileage, so I can't complain.

oh I have no problems with Americans - most of my friends are American (winks) but when you live in Alberta with all the Oil Fields and the Oil Sands and you somehow end up with the highest gas prices in the country - it pisses me off

Wow guess I'm lucky here in central NH Two stations closest to my house were 2.94 and 2.99 this morning. Also going for 2.96 at the big chain across town. I drive a lil bitty Kia and am so glad of that!
