The key thing with Chastity Belts seems to be that they need to be custom fitted for each person and made very close fitting, it's that that gives them the 'comfort'. Not being a woman it's hard to comment, but having been a pervy sod for a long time and reads lots about it, it seems that they do take a period of getting used to and after that, they can become quite comfortable. I've tried a NeoSteel belt myself and although it didn't fit perfectly, I can imagine you'd get used to it after a while - the feeling of being locked in steel is intensely erotic (to me, anyhow) and likewise, the thought of a partner being locked in steel and handing over the keys to you really gets me :-) Going to the toilet is a bit messy, you basically pee through the belt and then clean up with toilet paper as best you can, more frequent showers are probably called for as is drying off properly with a hair-dryer after a shower. The general consensus seems to be that you get used to the inconvenience - and after all, isn't a part of the submission aspect? It seems like most people get used to this aspect of it more quickly than the actual wearing of the belt. For ladies, that time of the month can be more uncomfortable and I think most tend to not wear their belts around this time. Generally, it seems like it's the men who like to be kept in the belt 24/7, there seems to be very few woman who wear 24/7, perhaps for the reasons above... :-)
