Greetings, First, let me put forth my agreement with the comments regarding pacing oneself and building up more stamina as you go along. Secondly, a plausible aid for your problem might be something we used to do when playing brass instruments for a long period of time. (Which btw - does help stregthen your lip/jaw muscles so if you're looking for an instrument to learn... :P). Anywho, take some sugary gum (Hubba Bubba, etc), chew it for a short while to make it malleable and then smooth it over your gums under your lips. The sugar seeps into your lip muscles and gums giving you a little burst of energy to those parts. Mind you, i've not tried it in this particular context since i don't generally have trouble with becoming too sore but it should work. Well wishes!
