oh no i know what a crinoline is, i just wasn't sure what relationship crinoline had to crin falls -- are crin/tubular crin/cyberlox falls made out of crinoline material?

Oops, my bad. You can make cyber falls out of wool, Cyberlox, strips of regular crinoline, or some combination of those. Here's a link to some made of a combination of wool and knotted strips of crinoline.
