If we reverse it and say I've met the perfect match for me, the only downside is that he's a celebrity - would I consider it? Hell no, I can't imagine much worse than papparazzi taking pictures of me going to the grocery store in my sweatpants and unwashed hair. Or stealing my garbage to see what flavor yogurts I buy. Not to mention having to go to constant parties where it's always superficial chatter and you need to worry about undertones to comments.

I really doubt I'd find myself in a situation other than perhaps trying to let them know I was up for a one night fun thing and that was it and maybe we could have fun with that.

If we REALLY hit it off and wanted to stay together, then we'd be friends.

Tempting, but still no. Money and fame from a partner would never sate the need to have a Dominant personality over me. I can be happy without money or a famous, smashingly good looking partner, but I can't be happy without who I am inside, to be sated.

Celebs and money don't wow me really at all. i don't understand the need people have to run up to them and get their autogrph, or idealize them - they are just people. i have more respect for the girl or guy sitting hunched over some specimen in a lab trying to help humanity by working on a cure for some dreadful disease. The cruise sceanrio struck me as funny because my ex Master wants to go on a 4 month cruise and asked me - part of the "bargain" would be i would go as his submissive, needless to say i declined - i can't be bought plain and simple.

Well first, I'm not infatuated with any celebrities so that would never be a problem.

Secondly, I wont pretend to be something I'm not for anyone.

I fully believe the only complete truth we have in life is to be true to ourselves. If you're willing to compromise your self, then really... what's the point?

Well, being new, I don't have a super defined role yet. I definitely am more submissive than dominant, but there are definitely times when the dominant parts come out....so we'll just term me "a potential switch in training" lol!
For Peter Steele (of Type O Negative) I would turn on the dominant switch if he wanted, or be perfectly content in the sub role. If he just wanted vanilla, well I'd try to be vanilla (but I can't imagine he could be less than uber kinky!)
Also, same with Christina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil...I'd be Domme or sub, whichever I needed to be.
Shallow? Yes. But as it isn't ever going to happen, I don't need to worry about it.
