Lady Teaser says a guy needs a good physique to be able to pull it off. Only speaking as a guy, I suspect that the right male body has a few elements she doesn't mention: physique, I thnk, is made up of having muscles that show and fat not being in the way and -- maybe -- having a thinner body overall (although Schwarzenegger is not thin and I doubt too many women would complain about him in a thong, I just doubt it). You probably shouldn't be too hairy, either. I really wonder if penis size makes any difference whatever.
And I think if humiliation is involved, even light humiliation, in particular settings like a BDSM party or club, that element may make people look on it with more favor than elsewhere.
