Ok, I decided to post a few I liked per decade. Of course, I had to "google" to find out exactly when the songs were released. There are really too many to list, though. 1970s: Mississippi Queen-Mountain One Toke Over the Line-Brewer and Shipley Play That Funky Music-Wild Cherry 1980s: Funkytown-Lipps, Inc. Key Largo-Bertie Higgins Mickey-Tony Basil 1990s: I Touch Myself-The Divinyls-great video, too! Walkin' in Memphis-Mark Kohn What is Love-Haddaway 2000s: Remains to be seen! I also loved "Shannon" by Henry Gross (I believe that was his name)...if I am not mistaken, it was a "One Hit Wonder" in the 1970s. It was poignant because that was my best friend's name, but he wrote the song about a dog that obviously drowned. This was a fun topic! Thanks! M. Diva
