I'm searching for a good craftsman that can make a collar of my design. Tryed looking myself but unable to find anyone able at this time and I'm sure I haven't see all the sites. Any help would be nice.

If you have a local SCA (society for creative anachronism) chances are they will have someone who works with metal, leather, or other materials and might could work via your designs.

For most leather and/or metal stuff, I'd dirrect you to The Armour Archive It's devoted to people who make/sell/etc armour, but there are several artisans on there who regularly do work for the fetish/ bdsm community.

My Mistress just had a daily collar made by Chaotic Creations. http://firescale.com It features a tamper resistant screw closure. I'm quite pleased with it and recommend him for your special collar needs.

what material are you wanting the collar made of? I guess that should be the first question.
