Like Ms. M. Diva says, it may have to do with the Dominant's desire to have her rear worshipped orally by the submissive, and therefore wishes to target the 'appropriate' segment of available submissives.

Alternately, it is also widely accepted behaviour of submissive men, to be mesmerised upon looking at a woman's rear, as this part of a woman's body is known to attract the attention of a majority of males. Therefore, the Dominant Woman may have put it there just to make someone feel vulnerable and excited, and to arouse fantasies in his mind.

Not very Dominant-like, i admit, but this seems to be more with the purpose of enticing those susceptible submissives.

I doubt it had anything to do with Dominance. And more of the fact that they have a great ass and wish to show it off..All want to show off their best feature, it is human nature not Dominat/submissive nature...~wishes I had a great ass...sighs~

please don't criticize anyone putting up butt pix, or asspix as they should be called properly... besides the fact that a sub needs to worship all parts of a dom, asspix are the best thing in the world next to a live wrestling match... or a live ass

I would guess that the majority of people on here (both Doms and subs) want to be lusted after. An erotic pic (such as a butt pic) sets the tone for that, though there is probably an element of exhibitionism in there too if its a public profile pic.

One thing I've learned is that there is no end of variety of tastes and motivations in this lifestyle. Not everyone is going to think like you do, and that is actually OK...

Personally ass pics don't bother me. It's the Dommes who go overboard with the make up, hair dyes, fetish clothing and equipment, the heels and the pose so much that they outdo many of the sissies.

Especially the ones who write on their profile 'not into feminisation'.
