Metal nipple clamps, magnets, and shot weight for a slingshot.
Bad aim helps to make it more torturous.
Sub stands up, dom/me lounges casually and tosses shot at the magnets as desired. When it hits there is a sudden added weight, and then the continued weight throughout the rest of the play. And with people who have bad aim, like me, there is a thump as the shot hits, a flinch from the sub, and the added pleasure of half the time the shot then lands on a toe or foot and the sub just hurt their nipples w/ flinching and shaking all the weights that are already on it.
Other forms of nipple torture:
Light sandpaper brushed across the nipples. Scraping the nipples with fingernails. Pinch the nipples and twist until the fingers slip off of the nips.
Repeated nipple attention until they are sore and tender, and then using soft tender items on them and grinning at the reaction of pain. (Soft tenderness like fur, supersoft feathers, tongues, etc.)
There are things called nipple stretchers that are basically a bar, a nipple attachment at each end, and a twistable device in the middle which goes from the breastbone to the bar. You twist, and the bar slides further away from the chest, pulling at the nipples. Give it time, the sub relaxes, the skin stretches, you twist again.
I'm also a fan of fire play on nipples, though flash cotton is too hot for me to like it done to me, and violet wand play on the nipples.
And once you pierce them oh MY the added torture possibilities!
