I joined curves for women years ago when it was all the brans new rage, I was tryingt o loose weight for the up coming trip to my now X master's. Well I had also hurt my back falling off a horse about some time before that and the exorcises hurt my back because of the strain at that point I was barely able to walk pain free on a good day and I had to stop. Curves made it a bitch to stop payments I had to have my dr calling them varifying I was stoping for medical related concerns which he never did so I had to go in and get a medical note from him and manyally take it to them so they'd cancle my membership. the only thing that was nice about them was it was all women so you didn't have to worry about being cute or self contious about the men. Their equipment wasn't all that good either, and I felt I didn't really get any support going to them like you're supposed to. You'd be better off researching home exorcise machines like bo flex and doing it at home.

KC- Thankyou!! B sidenote I absolutely love yoga and pilates and have found no better excersise for strengthening and toning. Also. I'm not sure if pilates is actually considered to be an aerobic excrsise, but it certainly gets my heart rate up!! I currently have Denise Austins' power yoga plus tape and it's phenomenal. I personally don't like work out equipment, and I've found these workout systems to be fab. B

Thanks Ladies for all the ideas on excercise programs and such, guess the reason that I kind of fell in love with curves was that I hate to excersise alone, there is no drive or anything. Master doesn't need to excercise and really doesn't have the time to anyway, as he works nights, when he is up during the days it is spent with chores and getting ready for work and the last thing he wants to do when he gets home, LOL. So guess it just gives me someone to work out with and being new to the area may be good way to meet some lady friends also. I think things have changed some with curves, when I left wisconsin they gave me a pass to get into one in this area, but at that time couldn't find one, so they did cancel my membership with on extra month payment, now a new shopping center was built here at byram and lo and behold there is one there, so going to check them out, I have trouble with my knee and the one piece of equipment that you push up I can do usually once, on a good day twice, but anymore and it starts to hurt so pass that one by, but being it is your back can see where some of them would be a problem. LadyAngelika, thank you for your invite, I will be contacting you on the other side as am open to anything that will help me loose these pounds and inches, it seems I get down 25 lbs and then all of a sudden I am gaining it back and realize this isn't good for the body but I don't change anything that helped to loose the first 25 lbs. but it is like my body is set to loose the 25 and when it reaches it it gains almost all of it back, so anything that would help break this cycle would be great and save on my lower posterior also, LOL, as agreed with Master if I don't loose or even gain it is a trip to dungeon, and that "ain't" no fun, "grins". But honestly I do want to loose due to diabetes in the family and heart conditions and such, know it would be the best thing for me...... thanks again to all who have made suggestions here.

Subcheryl, you and many others are the victims of someone with nothing better to do,and no self esteem, than to attack others. It is easy hiding behind a wall of anomonity,and I do not concour that to avoid these people is the best solution,but to allow their imbeclie rantings to get under your skin is a waste of your time and energy. The attacks seem to be to solicit a reply, of any sort.Then once you call this buffoon on his childish behavior he blocks you. Again what a miserable excuse for a Dom (or wanna be Dom) that only makes it that much harder to seperate reality from cyber fantasy...or in this case someones cyber insults...... well it does take all kinds to make the world go round,some just need to get off the ride or look for another amusement park..... Bob I agree and understand where all are coming from, I guess my response to him was more a gut reaction and Like I said in my op that I did try to give him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps he misread something or didn't read all of my profile, but when he came back with the statement of going back to the chatrooms and eat my potatoechips remark I just kind of saw red, I usually keep my temper in check but that did push a button on that particular day, and I did attempt to let him have it, but alas he blocked me, but no skin off of my nose, I love chatting with people and have met really nice people here in collarme both as friends and somewhat mentors who I can talk with about what am feeling and such, as I am realatively new to BDSM, and also with my first Master and hopefully last Master,"grins".

I answered the door and found a Bible thumper of some sort on my doorstep asking whether or not I knew the Lord. I answered that I prayed to him every night - he was every so pleased! I also mentioned that on Wednesday, the holiest of days, I sacrificed the special you-know-what! -wink wink nudge nudge- I then invited him to the Fornication Function we'd be having the following Thursday. I reminded him to bring black robes, a small animal of some kind and matches... lots of matches. The bastard threw a Bible at me and ran off! He didn't even say "no thanks".

I want them to never have the desire to grace my doorstep, lest they taint their immortal soul with the malevolence that is mine. Mwhahaha... er... I'm strange. My sister has a Jehovah's Witness friend who has told her that there are a select number of people who are ever going to be "saved" and the number isn't a terribly big number either. You'd think that with a cap on the number being admitted past heaven's gates they'd spend their time doing things besides yapping about how you too can be saved... maybe... if you're one of the chosen few... which you might be... or... maybe you're not. Who knows? It's kind of nutty - but as long as they aren't doing anything offensive near or to me I don't really care.

There are a lot of people who are kinky, but that does not make them decent Dom/mes, subs, switches, or even humans. I would consider someone who is proclaiming to be a Dominant (or submissive), who can't/won't read something simple like "I'm taken" and then gets mad when their mistake is pointed out to them, to be a wannabe - but again, that's just MO.
