Aww, thanks, Level.
I get "halos" around bright lights at night, so driving after dark is a bit of a pain. I did have halos pre-lasik, but they've definitely gotten worse since the surgery. My eyes also dry out more frequently than they used to, but it's nothing that the occasional eye drop won't help. For me, the side effects are more of a nuisance than anything. It's also worth noting that I know five other people who've had the surgery and none of them have halos, and only one has problems with dry eye.
