I am Matthias, a German emigre to the United States many years ago. I am 21, male, and single. I had a slave, 24, for three months - -then four months ago my apartment suffered a fire on account of bad neighbors. I lost everything and recused my slave to the care of the master who gave him to me.

I as such, am somewhat out of practise. I am currently searching for a new slave but finding one that is young (under 30) and in shape is very difficult.

I am gay if you have not guessed.

So my question is - - are there any masters around that would be willing to take me on as apprentice of sorts, to touch up my skills and learn the things I never did before.

In a fellow master I have no demands at all only that the slave meet those I already mentioned.

Any advice on how to re-up as it were???

A quick search with most search engines (like google.com) will pull up the web pages for the local BDSM/Leather groups in your area. I'd suggest going to some of your local meetings and get to know people at first. Keep an eye out for someone who has a style that you respect and get to know them specifically. You can also ask the host or hostess who they would recommend for you. Many groups will respect someone who is looking for a mentor if the are approached politely.

In general, leather groups have a higher percentage of gay male members than the typical BDSM group. However, leather groups also tend to have more protocols involved, which may or may not be something that you are looking for. Many organizations also have classes or meetings on specific topics that you may be interested in and are another good way to look for a mentor.
