I tried it a few years ago, and found the breakfasts and lunches to be ok, but the dinners were generally unpalatable to me. a lot of their food is dehydrated/freeze-dried (think "astronaut food")...I had a hard time getting used to the idea of a hamburger that I added water to and then stuck in the microwave. some of the more traditional entrees were borderline catfood imo...just a lot of sauce with a few chunks of mystery meat. I ended up sending all the food back and getting a refund. I tried to get them to send me just breakfasts and lunches but they wouldn't, but they did refund my money, no questions asked. I do think they have something good in the glycemic index, but a lot of their dessert products rely on artificial sweeteners. if you are sensitive to them, or don't care for the taste, it will be difficult to stay on the diet. if your budget allows, I think the food with Jenny Craig is much better tasting. it is a bit more expensive, but in the end, I think there's less temptation to cheat because the food is more satisfying. it was a lot easier to stick to, I lost 17 lbs within a reasonable amount of time. (I didn't have a lot of weight to lose) they tend to have food that's a bit higher in fat and sugar, but as it's more like "real" food, I think it's easier to gain a perspective on portion control. good luck!
