P.S.  Thanks for this thread and all the hard (?) work you put in it [;)] .

I've got a live rare recording of early Aerosmaith doing Walking the dog. It's in a small venue so they didn't have the timing problems.

Here's one for the over 40 crowd Glass Bottle - I Ain't Got Time Anymore
Took forever to get it.

Another thing that is quite hard to get is Micheal Stanley band's Stagepass, IMO their best effort ever.

And to top it off, perhaps even harder to get thn Starz, is Deep Purple. It is called either Judge's Daughter, Farmer's Daughter or maybe Anyone's Daughter. I think it was the last song on side two. Very very uncharacteristic for them. Actually my guru has it and is going to bring it over, but you won't find it on P2P.

Some golden oldies; I'm going to look some of that up tomorrow, and I'm trying to remember the name of a Michael Stanley band tune from long ago....

Black Sabbath  War Pigs

Level, you don't happen to be talking about Midwest Midnight or Calcutta Auction here ?

Both only appeard on Stagepass, which also featured a much better version of Let's Get The Show On The Road. Rosewood Bitters is a tossup, I think the studio version is fine, but they did alot more with Let's Get The Show On The Road on stage.

Newer shit is way easier to get, but this old stuff, recorded at a series of I think four shows at the Cleveland Agora, is very hard to find.

Eagles putting finishing touches on new album
2 hours, 59 minutes ago

The Eagles have almost completed their first studio album since 1979's "The Long Run," and plan to tour extensively next year, guitarist Joe Walsh says.

"We're just finishing vocals and mixing it. We're all finally signing off on it," Walsh told Billboard.com

All of the band members -- Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Timothy B. Schmit and Walsh -- wrote songs for the album, which he said "go in some really, really new, different directions. It's hard to compare to anything that I hear out there now."

For his songs, however, Walsh "went rock 'n' roll ... I didn't want us to be too ballad-y here. We need some stuff we can play live, so I made sure there was that element in the record."
