I was talking to a dominant friend of mine recently. She broached the subject of requiring subs to have a workout routine and incorporating funa and play into some of those activities. My devilish mind is always reeling, and I thought of a nice scenario. Using a rowing machine, bind your slave's hands to the rowing arms and take on the role of the harsh, exacting overseer with whip in hand. The binds would have to be loose enough to allow for proper circulation, and I don't see doing this all the time. But my idea seemed to illicit a positive response from my friend. She elaborated on the idea and even suggested incorporating period clothing and a recording of a beating drum or a actual accomplice to provide the drumming. I thought it would be a fun way to add a little spice to a otherwise mundane activity. Any thoughts?

I love the idea ! IT would make the excersise of a rowing machine so much more stimulating and definately gove one a better work out !

I had the pleasure of thrashing a 40 year old guy a few weeks ago who has been a keen amateur competitive rower since his teens. Lets just say that rowing keeps a body fit in both senses of the word.....

What a great idea! I have long liked the idea of a Domme fording me to workout. Kissing her boot on each pushup, smacks with a crop if I slow down. It has always been a hot fantasy for me.

what I like is all the ideas that are floating in my mind right now and they are not gender specific.

There are commercials for equipment that set me off too. Like Bowflex

I'm a huge fan of gym,exercise and diet fantasies as well. Thre are a million and one my mind has played these out.
