Thank you Sir,, and I hope it improves for your friends. The papers we have are signed by the court and allow us all legal decisions on medical and shcool decisions for Race. He won't go to shcool for a few more years, but he is on Master's medical insuarnce and I can finally get him caught up on his shots. Even if we never adopt him, I can handle this since it allows us to take care of his medical needs which we couldn't do before,,,
