What a great opportunity! You might want to figure out whether he is attracted to the sensation of pain, to the idea of liking pain, or to the idea that he is enduring something unpleasant for your pleasure. First, as you know from non-pain sensation play, there are different categories of sensation. Impact (hitting) has divisions within it--surface sensation versus deep sensation, broad, diffuse sensation versus narrow, specific sensation, essentially. If you have an idea of the kinds of sensations you want to deliver, and perhaps also the kinds of sensations that your bottom enjoys, then you can collect items that offer those sensations. Cheap options: a diffuse, deep sensation might do well with a rope flogger, or a big paddle (an oar might do nicely here, or even a sanded and finished big piece of wood). Tire retread might do nicely, too. Deep, narrow sensation--a metal or wooden rod, perhaps--as I've mentioned more than once on here, I like one used for hanging shower curtains. Superficial, narrow sensation--for something rigid, get a rod for controlling miniblinds, or a cooking chopstick. For something flexible, take a field trip to Goodwill and get a narrow belt--those patent leather ones that were trendy in the early 90s are perfect. For superficial, diffuse sensation, obviously, you have hands, but you also have yellow rubber dishwashing gloves, rice paddles, some hairbrushes, and most spatulas and wooden spoons. Muscle grabs and punching with good follow through are other fun ways to deliver deep sensations--the pecs, trapezius, calves, glutes, and quads are good places for this, I've found. Also consider pressure points, like the nerve along the outside of the thigh and another place that mirrors it on the upper arm--if you poke at yourself, you should be able to find it. Essentially, take your fingers, knuckles, or the heel of your hand, and dig in. You can also pinch muscles--dig your fingers into the armpit and keep your thumb on the front of the chest and squeeze, or pinch the traps in the same way. Smaller compression sensations can be good too. Take those clothespins and think about where else, beyond the nipples and cock, you could clip them. Underarms, ears, webs of feet and hands are some of my favorites. Other kinds of clips can be nice, and can create different sensations. It's particularly helpful to use clips that have attachment points, like the open handles of binder clips or the holes in bulldog clips, because then you can run string through and cause interesting, uncomfortable predicaments. For other "small" sensations, rubberbands, either compressing an area or snapping to hit one. Bamboo kebab skewers--they have pointy ends to scratch with, and they are flexible enough to be bent back and snapped onto the skin. Very effective on genitals and feet. Concerning the genitals, remember our friend the hairbrush? The bristle side can be useful to abrade sensitive parts. Especially nice combined with cold. Rubber bands, clips, postal tape (especially if he doesn't shave)...I'm sure I'm forgetting something. Ball compression--take your hands, or a couple of plastic-wrapped books if you want to use your hands for something else, and squeeze the scrotum. Slap the scrotum. Kick the scrotum. Do knee strikes into the scrotum. And, too, back to those predicaments, I seem to think you are an adept binder. If so, you can use uncomfortable positions and uncomfortable bondage, which is a lovely form of muscle pain and stress all by itself. I'm mad about electricity, and I think a TENS unit is a tremendously good investment. But if you want something less expensive, you could acquire one of those "electric flyswatters". Likewise, I think needles are great, but they do take a bit more work to figure out--it's pretty hard to really harm someone when you're armed with a hairbrush and common sense. Have fun!
