This is the random stupidity section right? So, talking of random stupidity, and since I cant think of anything else better to post, this one's about our Paris and the effect prison might have on her.

Poor Paris. Then again, perhaps being in the nick will give her the opportunity to read a couple of books? Heaven knows it would do her some good.

"I was in Nashville, Tennesee last year. After the show I went to a Waffle House. I'm not proud of it, I was hungry. And I'm alone, I'm eating and I'm reading a book, right? Waitress walks over to me: " Hey, whatchoo readin' for?" - Bill Hicks

she will get special treatment.

her dad owns the Hilton Hotel chain. she isnt really know for artistist talent- ie acting- singing etc.

she was on the party girl circut- whatever that is.
sorta a rehash of the valley girl.  "like-oh-my godd"

RaynaSub -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 3:29:27 PM)

3 weeks in solitary confinement, with days spent with all friends coming to visit her?
This will hardly break her, it will only increase her popularity.
I would not be surprised if she makes a movie out of this experience.
At least a 1hour special.

I didn't know the ignorant cunt could read.  Maybe one of the other prisoners can teach her while she's in there.  But, as someone else said, she won't get close enough to any of them to be able to do so.  I'm sure she'll be locked away all private and safe and sound receiving totally pampered treatment the whole time.  Then she'll get out, have someone write a book about it for her, and make another million.  Ahhhh, to be born and raised rich and stupid...............slave luci

windchymes -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 4:29:32 PM)

Hell, she even enjoyed posing for her mugshots.  All pouty and twinkly-eyed.  At least, for a short time, she's louse-free.

Kurzon -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 4:35:37 PM)

just a side note - she is not in prison but instead in jail - terms less than a year are served in jail(run by the county) terms of 1 year and a day (or longer) are served in prison( run by the state)

(damn my keyboard anyway)

kittinSol -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 6:06:19 PM)

She is an icon. She illustrates perfectly twenty-first century culture. I am only too glad Jim Morrison's not around to witness what he foresaw as 'Twenty-First Century Fox'.

She's horrible and we're going on about how horrible she is. If anything, I find the phenomenon interesting.

JerseyKrissi72 -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 6:09:43 PM)

i really could care less- the only thing i could hope for is that a woman named "Bertha" comes towards her at night with a broom stick...i'd pay to see that video[8D]

Viridana -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 6:09:59 PM)

I do believe that the prison stay will have some impact on paris. It's just a question how much of an impact there will be. I'm awfully afraid that in general this will have no influence on her behaviour in the end.

kittinSol -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 6:15:00 PM)

Would you? I think that's rather cruel. I don't understand why on earth people hate Paris Hilton so much. She is just a rich bimbo: the only thing she did wrong was to break traffic regulations (in a bad way, I agree).

Let him who has not sinned throw the first stone... and I'm not even a Christian, lol!

Why so much venom? There are so many other things to dislike about today's world... perhaps if we made a more discerning use of the media, we wouldn't be confronted to Paris' image so much. I suppose it's down to individual choice.

Personally, I would rather avoid hating anything or anyone. Even if they hurt me personally: it's bad karma [:)]

SweetSarijane -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 6:16:44 PM)

It may have some kind of effect on her, it may not. I don't follow news about her all that much, just catch a glimpse of headlines on occasion. I don't see it settling her down though. She'll likely go right back to the same when she gets out. Just my thoughts.

juliaoceania -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 6:46:32 PM)

When I heard that she surrendered early I thought I hope she packed her Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset with the 9 hits of ectasy and she will make more porn in there with other inmates and assorted prison guards...really could boost her career[:D]

BOUNTYHUNTER -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 6:50:12 PM)

Make her, make some one a cool million for a shot of her in her prison rags and of course keep her on the front page where she longs to stay...

CrimsonMoan -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 8:11:10 PM)

I really don't think this will teach her anything other than to not get caught the next time around. She's in the "special needs" wing of county reserved for politicians, celebs, and other wealthy people. Visiting hours are on saturdays and sundays. The section she's in is 12 double occupied cells. she's locked up for 23 hours a day, meals taken inside the cell. The one hour she is out if for bathing, talking, tv exercise, etc. It may teach her something but hey if traffic tickets havent sunk in this may not get through that skinny skull of hers either. hey but at least one thing if for sure. in 3 weeks she will have put on soem weight.

slaverosebeauty -> RE: prison - the making or breaking of Paris Hilton? (6/5/2007 8:48:11 PM)

Who cares??!! She goit 'famous' for her sex tape, she is ONLY popular because she parties and misbehaves.

She is being kept in solitary, away frome veryone else, 23 hours a day in her cell, alone. I hope tihs makes her have a breakdown or at least wake up, I can hope.
