Well, according to my Master.....
"CBT" = "something you're NEVER going to need to know anything about"..... LOL
It was so funny, when I first began visiting alot of BDSM sites and seeing all the different terms and abbreviations, I didn't have much trouble figuring out what everything meant. I had frankly never heard the term "CBT," and I honestly did not know what it stood for. I did a quick search and was only coming up with things like "cognitive behavioral therapy" and the like. Made some sense but I still didn't think that's what it was supposed to mean in the BDSM context. I can still remember asking Master what it meant and His response was what I typed above[:D]. Then He told me what it was and I agreed it's something I would never need to know any more about. One of the more humorous learning moments........luci
