EVERYONE can do keagles, even men, you have the same muscles, if you work out those muscles men can postone orgams and even make them stronger and 'better' {for lack of a better term} as well as be able to cum more than once. My child birth class nurse told us about them adn how they can help men a LOT if they do them as often as they suggest women do them, daily, 3 or 4 times a day. The way to isolate and find those muscles - when you are urinating, just stop the stream aka 'hold it', that the muscles, they dont' suggest that women do that while they are actually urinating since it can lead to UTIs, etc. Once you know how those muscles feel and where they are located, you can do the same techniqe any time. Just 'hold' for 5 or 6 counts, release then repeated, do this in sets of 5, and do it a few times a day; work your way up to 'hold' or contracting the muscles for 30 sec to a min or longer. It takes work, but its great and you will feel the difference. Then, when you are about to orgams, you can 'contract' the muscles and hold off or make your orgasm stronger. Good luck.
