Wheelchair man gets highway ride

This happened here in Michigan and it was on the local news last night. Amazing! (btw...we call them semi or tractor trailer trucks here)

.......crossing the road maybe? i know i've been out of the UK for a couple of months, but when i left wheelchair users were allowed to do that.......
