I have used a very similar but home made toy on a boy. It was delightful to torment him with and he reported similar reactions to the cuff as you have described.

I'm advised She bought several years ago in a "specialty" store in Portland.

It may no longer be manufactured. See http://www.tpe.com/~altarboy/irish/ktb.htm.

Perhaps worth asking if others have one for sale?

We have 3 Ktb's....you can get a rubber/plastic version from clubfem for about $40....it doesn't look much but believe me it does the job......

One is for torture sessions and has 8m surgical steel staples in the middle of a locking ring (torture sessions)

One is a locking ring with the clubfem teeth inside (day wear 12/14 hours)

The last one is the clubfem as bought.....(worn for travelling when it's not possible to wear my 24/7 device the CS500)

The KTB's outer locking rings are all custom made by Ralph at steelpleasures.....hope that helps...
