I spoke with someone not to long ago that thought commands =Dom . I laughed to myself because so many "men" think if they can bark a command to someone then that must mean they are a Dom....... I seek the one that can command without speaking. Can that be a reality?

I have to add more to this. I've actually had male buddies with me at the time, questioning me like I'm nutz or something. "Dude are you out of your mind", Asking me why I'm being rude, I tried like hell to explain to them, I was not the one being rude. Dugh, I don't think some guys just seem to get it. They want to take every opportunity they can to kiss ass and be the ultimate Mr. Nice guy that it's not funny. Amazing how social male conditioning can be a weakness that a Domme or any woman can exploit for domination or control. Light my smoke power control. LOL... As am I. This has never been a power control thing for Me. It's quite the reverse, actually. Here's the deal. I smoke. Any smoker will tell you that they carry their own lighter. I don't NEED a boy to light it for Me. It really comes down to a check of their abilities at basic courtesy. How do they respond after getting 'the look' for their actions? There's much to be said for the interaction of this simple task. It's a terrible reference, but I'll use it anyway..... I am the light.... What you seek is a flame.

It would depend upon how much pretense went into the "The Look" you were using, "the look" as in I expect, or "the look" would you please. I do light smokes, yes I do, I'm not a complete rude bastard. I tend to be a bit of a people watcher when I'm out and notice a pattern of behavior. You know, where a women is getting 1/2 the guys around to buy her drinks, light her smoke and wait on her hand and foot. In short where she's capitalizing on common courtsey. Although I guess it can be done why would you want that? Don't you want to hear the sound of his voice? A dom doesn't have to bark orders, hell, just a simple whispered "do it" or even better,"do it for Me". What's better than that?

None verbal communication does infact speak volumes.
