There is a condition where the sperm will actualy go back into the bladder instead of beeing ejaculated out. There has been no health issue found with this other then not beeing fertile. This could be what is going on?

Not likely.  Some men don't always cum, that's just life.

I may have read the op wrong but I thought he said he was cumming just not ejaculating those are 2 seperate things that just happen to happen at the same time

Cumming and ejaculating are the same thing.  An orgasm is what happens at the same time one ejaculates/cums.  Cum, jism and ejaculate are also the same thing.

My submissive taught me to do this just in the past year. I think back on how much fun I missed out on when I was younger. Sheesh. I used to envy women for the ability to be or become multi-orgasmic. When I learned how to do it, it added .... immeasurably.

Grateful, Prof. joe

Dry orgasm and holding off are not the same. Someone who hasn't experienced a dry orgasm will really have little comprehension of what this thread is about, since it is something that cannot be willed, and is rather rare. It also happens in women from time to time, but again, if it hasn't happened to you, you won't have a clue what it's about. It's a bit like a "born again" trying to "explain" his experience of the divine to someone who hasn't been there. A man can have a full on orgasm, but nothing comes out, yet his balls are still full. It may never happen to an individual, and it can't be controlled or commanded. It just happens occasionally for no apparent reason. Sometimes it's related to the state of arousal but not always. It's more likely to happen when the body is aroused but the mind isn't. It's more of a physical state than a mental state, which is why it isn't under conscious control, and happens more in older men.

I have met only two men who have experienced it, but they were clearly talking about the same thing. Both were sexually active, virile, and didn't have any erection or ejaculation problems.
