My best friend does nails [manicurist/pedicurist type person] and she has 4 or 5 male clients, nice guys, straight, its kind weird, but whatever floads their boat.

I dated a man once who had his nails done and was very particular how his beard was kept..he was very clean (which I appreciate after dating many dirty men lol)...he was very much straight..I just think some men like to be well groomed.

Can an Italian male ever really be considered to be straight? If yes...Then the answer is yes....An Italian acquaintance was discussing the merits of the mani/pedi cure, just the other evening....We just called him a homo, and requested that he not speak for the rest of the evening.......But I guess it is whatever "floads" your boat......I think this is a combination between floods and floats....And by God, I like it!

I know some who do. One is over 60 and he just can't reach his feet anymore OR see them clearly, even with reading glasses on. The girls there fuss over him and treat him well and he loves going. I truly hope the concept of men getting pedicures loses that "gay" stigma attached to it. More hetrosexual men NEED to be more conscientious about grooming, especially their feet. I see patients in hospital beds every day with the skankiest, most disgusting feet in need of pedicures you could ever imagine. And they aren't all elderly. Personally, I find a guy who takes care of his feet, his nails and even his skin sexy.

I dated a man who not only got manicures, he liked getting a facial, too--he knew someone that was an aesthetician--and I have very fond memories of his heterosexuality...

I don't see why not. Like a few said, some just like to be well groomed and feet, if left unattended do tend to get nasty looking.

Yes, yes, yes. One of the fastest growing segments of the "spa" industry is men. Men are becoming more concerned with their appearance. I like to look the best I can for my lady, or potential lady. I love having manicures, pedicures, facilas, ect. I always go to a place that has attractive women on their staff. What heterosexual male wouldn't want to be pampered by a beautiful woman? I mean..come on guys!!! It's not how a man grooms himself that determines his sexuality: it's which gender he is sexually attracted to. In my humble opinion, any man that is secure with his own masculinity will not only have a pedicure but he'll thouroughly enjoy the expierence and attention.
