ever try doing a colonic ? google search it and they will tell you what it is ...and then google search it again to see who does it in your area ...in michigan it takes about 1 hour to do once you are hooked up to the machine and boy does it get you cleaned out ...cost 60 but if you want your insides really cleaned out and you feel great afterwards ..try one

highly recommend it ..mal ..its mostly done in a vanilla setting but afterwards when you see your mistress she will love it that your nice and clean for her to play with for her strapons or her fist
