Okay...mine are geeky, but I'm a computer professional...
Changed all of the letters on a non-touch typist's keyboard, so that instead of a QWERTY keyboard, he had a CHARLES keyboard.
Took remote control of a co-worker's computer and typed "dirty" stuff into the screen while she was attempting to open a bank account for a customer.
Lowered the scroll bar size one pixel each day on an older co-worker's computer...he complained about "strange things" happening to his computer. Continued by increasing the pixel size until they were about 1/2" thick at which point he caught us.
Filled a co-worker's cubicle with balloons and put a "Big Mouth Billy Bass" in the furthest corner of the entrance set on "Motion Detect". When he opened the "door", it immediately went off and he had to listen to it non-stop until he found it.
My company moved offices and used plastic boxes for everyone's stuff. One of my co-workers was on vacation during the move, so I removed the labels from her boxes, and stacked everyone else's boxes on top of hers, blocking her office door. We had 10ft ceilings. The boxes were about 5 deep from one side of her 10'x10' office to the other.
