as you may know PA is enacting it own energy policy which rivals California. 30-50% off of wind-solar-

we expect it to be in effect this year.

a family asked their rural township if a permit is needed/would be issued. the reply was "we have to look into it"

i looked up the number and called these folks. sent them what i have per internet,

my quesiton is- has your town grappled-p denied permits for wind turbines- solar- etc-
