On a related note, I posted on a thread about being caged 24x7 that I had difficulty understanding which one of us was the submissive in the relationship; Im working for a living, cleaning, cooking, keeping all our oars in the water, fighting Al Qaeda, curing the common cold.  On the other hand, the 24x7 caged submissive is masturbating in a cage all day long while watching Jerry Springer.
Here we have the 24x7 ponyperson masturbating in the stable all day long while I am doing all the work.
Would not work for me.

Idea #1: take away their Jerry Springer. Replace the TV with a photo of yourself.
Idea #2: fit them with some sort of restraint that stops them wanking.

Then all they can do all day is think about you, and desperately wait for you to come and give them relief, IF you feel like it. Eventually they'll start to get off on whatever attention you deign to give them, and will become truly desperate to make you happy. When you are busy all day curing the common cold, you can enjoy thinking about your pet, waiting at home, hot for you.

Without knowing anything more than what you have posted, it sounds like just what you have said - talk. A great fantasy, that she (possibly he, if the talk was web based) is getting off on and sucking you into. I get emails every day from people who want all sorts of weird and wonderful things, but 99.9% poof if confronted with reality. Sorry to sound so cynical, but BDSM is about fantasy for many people. Others get furious and call them wankers and fakes when they don't follow through. But it's life. BDSM is fed on fantasy, and for some, the fantasy is enough

I thought I was getting a submissive to make zillions of dollars so I could lie in sun being waited on by my zombie sex-slaves with kung-fu action grip.

In other words he wants to stay home and masturbate all day while I am out slaying al queda... but that is his prerogative, he is the Dom after all

Great fantasy, fun for a time in r/l but sooner or later reality will smack you on the ass and you realize that it's not really possible beyond that. Humans and horses have different needs, period. A horse can't thrive as a human and a human can't thrive as a horse. Like a few have already pointed out the Owner becomes the slave (at the least she will have to have a slave care for the human pony, scooping poop, cleaning stalls, feeding, grooming, etc. etc. etc.). I also find it hard to believe that a human could be healthy on a horses diet. So now you have to add another concession to the equation.
What about winter time? Unless she is in a very warm southern state or has one real nice cozy barn a human couldn't possibly survive with just a blanket. Now that she's having to *dress* the pony it kind of takes away from the whole image don't you think?
The list goes on and on.
Bottom line....a human can "act" like a pony for a time and it can be a blast but beyond that I can't see anything but damage both mentally and physically for the human pony and a lot of hard work and expense for the Owner. Perhaps even criminal charges should something ever happen to the pony.

Sure. But for it to happen you need to find a girl who wants to be a pony who doesn't mind giving up her friends, family and her brain. The brain is very much like a muscle and this living situation would eventually cause you to lose your higher functioning. To me, it wouldn't be worth it but if others find fulfillment in it, go for it.

Agreed. True, "24/7" transformations and sub positions do actually rarely happen, but for them to happen, the sub would have to either have no life that they want to keep being a part of, or would have to be completely willing to give it up. Plus, if you're committed to living out the overwhelming majority of your time as something not equal to the dom, well, eventually you're going to become whatever part you've taken, and its no longer "play", just your life. Now, some people's fantasy is this, but I find that a very lacking life. I would also question what kind of person would either want such a committment to a sub, or what kind of sub would be willing to give up their life, and indeed, if either can truly committ to such an act. Hence, "24/7" transformation play is something where you're on very thin ice...you may not know what you're really getting into.

I have heard of one or two cases where actual 24/7 transformation was what was done with the sub, and like everyone has said...its not practical. One case I heard of was after a ponygirl had spent years in that role under her dom. Well, it's not practical because, sooner or later, this happens: the ponygirl's dom died. I didn't hear what happened to her besides she got released from the relationship of course....but what are you going to do after spending years of your life doing nothing besides living out a fantasy? How could you possibly go on from that point? No job, no contacts, no friends, no family, no owners, no resume, maybe even no money. Great, so now you're homeless.

The majority of times I hear the phrase "I want to be kept as a slave/pony/pet/whatever 24/7" or "I want to have a 24/7 slave/pet/whatever", I see that as a huge red flag...because those people just want something that while possible, is just a fantasy.

It's not practical ... unless the owner is sufficiently wealthy. But private helicopters and yachts aren't practical either ... unless the owner is sufficiently wealthy.

First you need to find out if there's anyone who wants to do this, and wants to do it for your Master.  Then there's a LOT of negotiation to settle, and things to organise.  Which would really kill off a lot of the excitement.

I'd suggest you find someone who tries it for a weekend, then a week here and there.... see if it lives up to the fantasy, before you try to enter a lifetime commitment.  Don't forget, to own a ponyslave you need to have a lot of experience and training in that field (pardon the pun).  It's a huge responsibility.

If a tree falls and no one is around to hear it, does it make a noise?

Would this work:  Said pony-slave is only in that role at anytime the Master is around.  This way, the pony is there 100% of the time the Master is.  I can only imagine a slave being in a stable for 12 hours alone, huffing and kicking at the stable walls.

Ok O.P.,”girlforenslaveme”, time for you to have a say, W/we would like to hear from you again. Have W/e helped you? Has your mindset changed? Or were you hoping for a screaming crowd of supporters, that could help fuel your fantasy.   I would like to point out, that, no one has said that you couldn’t do it for a specified period of time; we all just feel a LOT of COMMUNICATION and PLANNING would be required.   And further more, the longer the period, the more COMMUNICATION and PLANNING would be essential for success with out harm.   However, W/we seem to believe that being in this state indefinitely although not impossible is highly not practical.

hi BDSMenigma and E/everyone

thank you so much for your comments, they are all very helpful.  i am tempted by the idea shall we say.  i know it would take a LOT of patience, obedience etc. and a trial period would definitely be an idea.  i would hope this Mistress would be aware enough to realise if i was faltering at any point but otherwise i would be happy to try it out.

hi E/everyone

i was talking to a Mistress earlier today and she was keen to obtain a pony girl.  she was very keen that this girl was always a pony, to the exent that she would only ever make animal noises and would live in her stables.  is such a complete transformation possible?

Permanent, eh?  Envision yourself as an 80 year old pony.  What provisions does she have for you  to take care of you move the years?   And what about your mental state?  Fantasy is no fun when you add reality to it.

Ponies eat hay and oats.  i wonder what that sort of diet does to a human's digestive system...

she talked about arms binders and ring gags on semi-permanently, she was very keen to have a true pet.  the level of commitment to be this pet must be enourmous!

Not sure what kind of horses this Mistress owns now but one would never hobble a horse for any length of time nor keep a bit in its mouth when not actually driving or riding.  Not sure why the arm binders or gag would be necessary since one doesn't treat a horse that way.

i suppose she could encase your hands in a hoof like device so that the hand cannot function like a hand.   A more permanent solution would be to remove the fingers but then you would have to learn to make your skin quiver to shoo the flies.  Vitamins to supplement the diet of course since human digestive systems are not made to process raw grass, hay and grains the same as a horse.

Hi  girlforenslaveme

You say in your profile:

"i do not seek a relationship, i seek to be property with all decisions taken for me. i don't expect to be treated as an equal but to be viewed as a pet.i hope to be tied, gagged and caged, naked or in uniform, in service to a wonderful owner as soon as possible. This girl wll never be happier than when hogtied and silenced with a large ball gag."

But reading between the lines, you come over as being highly articulate, intellectual, motivated and even a bit sassy.   I am not at all denying your deep desire to submit, but you have to be realistic about where your identity comes from. I'm sure you read, watch movies and that you are stimulated by a zillion other cultural, sexual and social events in your life.   Personality is not fixed, it is a living thing that must be nutured or it will die.

You are the last person to want a cultural and emotional death.

No owner would want that either.

So 24/7 it won't work, but some of your dreams will certainly come true.

Not to mention the difficulty in finding a furrier that would actually shod the pony.
