Perhaps this should go in a poll.......but I am not sure how it would work, I know I am not clever enough to determine the space/time matrix for this......

But assuming that we are the largest BDSM (and very loosely bound) community on the planet..................

What percentage of people in the world do you think are at least slightly kinky......... now I know this is gonna get rough.............but in my mind, by this I mean did more than missionary and are gonna do that again.......

LOL (hang on, we are headed for the rhubarb here; for sure)

A short while back I went to a swinger website, put in my zip code and got back page after page after page of swinger couples less than one mile from me. I live in the suburbs, not a big city.

If I have a vote I vote for 99% at least slightly kinky.

I think it is something most people engage in but few discuss. The collarme forum folk being the exception to that. :)

99.1% are kinky. 0.9% are perverted and are or should be institutionalized - say in Redondo Beach or some other place close by.....

63.5% repress, both feelings and envy the 32.0% of us that are enjoying ourselves. The other 4.5% are trying to figure out the absolute difference and definition of submissive and slave.

But 75.45% of all statistics are made up anyway, making this whole exercise 100% meaningless.

Probably about 95 to 99%. If you actually poll people most will tell you they have tried bondage at one time or another.
So, you'd have to define kinky. Is kinky one time...or more? How much more?

I don't frequent sex shops across the country...well I do when travelling. Anyway, I know all of the one's in my area have a kink section.
Do they all over?
It may not be elaborate but you can definately buy some cuffs and a flogger at every store.
That tells me without stats a lot of people are kinky. Maybe not as hardcore as some.

I travel for a living. In almost every "adult" store that I have visited, fur lined handcuffs, blindfolds and gags are sold. You have to look hard to find places with good floggers and such. Many of the websites that sell bondage equipment have a "soft" bondage section. Things like Velcro cuffs, wrist and ankle fur lined metal cuffs, small rubber floggers, (evil) and "kinky bondage" kits.
I imagine the percentage is quite high. I shared a house with a couple who are not at all "out", but own crops, floggers, inflatable plugs and gags and do fisting regularly. They have several small fry, which may explain the low profile, or they may not want to try to fit a label such as D/s or M/s, but she calls him Sir almost as often as she uses his name.
Whatever works.
