In a tenant/landlord situation, why would that even come up?

If it was free rent and you paid me to live there, I'd say maybe only if I needed a place to live.

I can only add that the sub-landlord better keep my lawn in wonderful condition, as well as the entire home.  Also, since it is in Mass...... pay the gas bill on time.  Oh, and keep the snow off the walkways and drive.

I think that, even if it came up, it would best be ignored.  Much like a goodlooking female tenant and a goodlooking male landlord, there may be an urge to act on it, but it would be kinda risky to do anything.  If the tenency agreement ever comes to dispute, one will invoke the sexual assault card.

Oh but benji, the tenent/landlord laws in Mass tend to favor the tenent.

Almost everywhere they do.  SOMEONE would still invoke it, and largely because not all Dommes are as mature and adult as you and I.

Devils advocate time for me. i am sure its possible for this to happen in real time, say a submissive and Domina were able to work out the conditions of the relationship in advance, and the guy lived in an area the Domina was moving to and looking for lodgings. Then, in my opinion, this could indeed work out.

In all honesty, it probably would depend on what type of consensual arrangement you are talking about.  If you are just asking if a Domme would rent a house from a submissive person, then yes, I am sure that it happens on a daily basis.  If you are referring to some "play" involved, then it would certainly need to be very carefully and explicitly negotiated.

Yes what type of consensual arrangement do you mean?  She rents and pays, and you be the landlord, or some other type of consensual matters where you can kick her out if she does not comply?

Oh but a lease takes all the fun out of it, lol!!!! I try not to mix business and pleasure in almost all realms when I can help it.
