i go into chat rooms from time to time, its mostly an american crowd in there. i have challanged the guys in the room to tell me where i am from. they all get that i am from canada. some even from ontario. but only one guessed toronto. so in answer to your question, i suspect that if the right person heard your voice, they would be able to do quite well at not just saying you are from kentucky, but perhaps more than you wanted to know they knew ...

i've had 3 accents. puerto rican learning english, brooklyn, and now a bit of midwestern. but i refuse to sayY'ALL. ITS YOUSE PEOPLE!!!!. Brooklyn comes out when i'm pissed off and i'm telling someone where to go and what to do when they get there. the collar is stronger than the ring
