I called my Dad today and wished him a Happy Father's Day. I told him how much I loved him and appreciated everything he has done for me. I let him know that he has taught me to be a better father to my kids. He wasn't quite sure what to say but he echoed most all of what I told him.

To all the fathers out there, Happy Father's Day.

i had a 3 hour lunch with my Dad today...it was good but i felt sad too - he is aging so fast, i couldn't help but wondering the worse and thinking how lucky i am to have been with him today
