when you're tired and cant sleep and you think the next night you'll be even tireder but you still cant sleep?

so you say screw it and east some chocolate cake

But know you have to be up in less then 3 hours

Are you in a manic phase? You've been somewhat gearing up for it for a week or so now, from your postings, and what you've been doing/saying now certainly sounds like you're in the middle of one.
