If you google for "induced lactation" you will find no end of resources. Most of these are taylored to the vanilla crowd, and often people who are nursing a surogate child, but I believe most of the information should still be valid. Also, the La Leche Leauge is a great resource.

The biggest issue you will run up against is the typical means of getting started involves using Domperidone, a prescription drug you most likely will not have access to. If you wish, herbs such as fenugreek have been known to have similar effect. Also, people CAN induce lactation without ANY additional prolactin stimulation,  but it's going to be a harsh schedule you'll need to keep.

I dont know if it will help you but the anti nausea drug maxalon (I think it is called) can increase quantities once lactation is established (I only know this from the vanilla world too after feeding my babies).

I have done it to some extent; and I have done the research, plus, practical experience.

In the most basic of terms and ways.. I hope you have a LOT of time... this DOES work, its just kinda a pain...

Get a GOOD breast pump, and pump EACH breast for about 15 to 20min, every 2 hours, around the clock; this may take a few weeks to months. That simulates nursing. Take prenatal vitamins and NO horomonal birthcontrol.

Good luck.

My last child simply ate more than I could keep up with pumping as a mother in the corporate world.  There is a prescription medication called Risperdal which does phenominal things for milk production.  I was only able to obtain it from my doctor and had a prescription but these days you can get almost anything online.  It does have a side effect.... can't remember what it was but for some reason they don't want you on the stuff long term.  You can also go to any health and wellness like GNC and purchase Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle, both of these are harmless and you can take a large dosage like 12 a day each with no harmful side effects (except they make your body fluids ALL taste like karo syrup which is SUCH a bad thing, right! LOL).  I can almost guarantee if you start all 3 of these and you are pumping with an electric pump every few hours (even at night), your body will take over and you will start making milk.  Obviously I had a bit of a natural start but the amount of milk I made when I started these drugs was nuts- like 30 ounces a pumping session.  And from experience.... my nipples were 10X more sensitive and the milk mess was extremely hot!

Having spent 8 years trying to stop the leakage after son stopped breast feeding. I was mortified to find that 11 years later having a coil fitted restarted it within 2 days.  Our bodies are all different, what works on 1 wont work on another.       Be sure you want this, because for some, once started it may take time to stop..
